Welcome to my home and I am very excited to be your host. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
Communication during your stay
Please be sure to download the AirBNB app onto your phone to make it easier for us to communicate during your stay.
Check In Instructions
Check In is at 3pm - 8pm - If you will be later than that please make prior arrangements for check in. Upon arrival you MUST have picture ID's available and MUST be the person who made reservation - NO EXCEPTIONS. We do provide self check in with a keyless entry. We also try and greet each new guest if possible.
Keyless Entry and Ring Doorbell
Upon arrival, the video doorbell will detect and record your arrival at the door. You can push the button on the doorbell to talk to Host or Co-Host, if necessary. You can enter your Door Code on the Keyless entry pad and then push the lock symbol. This will unlock the door. When leaving the house you push the lock symbol and it will lock automatically.
Internet Access
Wifi is provided. The Password is: Wetlands!!
Provided for your comfort is; A limited supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, linens, extra garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and dishwashing soap. A limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels will be provided. Be sure to bring any additional food or supplies needed. 
There are two bathrooms in the home. The master bathroom has a tub and a shower. The second bathroom has a shower only. 
Heating and Air Conditioner
There are two units, one on each side of house. Please set AC to 78 degrees when you are not in the home as well as when you depart. Do not turn the units off.
      Master Bedroom - Has a queen bed and linens and 4 pillows are provided.
      Bedroom 2 - Has a queen bed and linens and 4 pillows are provided.
      Bedroom 3 - Has two twin beds with linens and 4 pillows are provided. 
      Extra pillows and blanket are in each closet for your comfort.
A TV is provided in the main room Only. The internet will be hooked up there.
There is also wireless internet provided. You will be able to connect to YOUR OWN NetFlix or other type providers. There is NO Cable TV. I have available already on the TV - Netflix and Hulu. 
Plenty of parking BUT PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON GRASS. The home is on a septic tank and you would possibly break sewage lines.
Trash / Cleaning
Please empty your trash before departing the home. There is a larger trash can down stairs. Please make sure all dishes are washed. We appreciate you handling these items. We try and keep our cleaning cost down and it is definitely appreciated. If home is left very dirty there may be an additional charge for cleaning. 
Check Out Instructions
Please depart no later than 10am. Please leave AC units set to 78 degrees, trash taken out and dishes washed. Also please text me when you depart.
Things to know;
Beach towels are Not Provided
Home is built next to the wetlands and located on a peninsula between Weeks Bay and Mobile Bay and can be a very dark area. I have some solar lights and flood lights to light your way. 
Bug Spray - At different times of the year mosquitos, yellow fly's and no
see-ums can be out. Be sure to bring your own personal bug spray. 
Communication during your stay - be sure to download the AirBNB app to your phone so that we can communicate thru the app during your stay. 
Thank you so much for taking care of my home during your stay. 
If you are staying over on a Monday, Please put the Large Trashcan out at the street for Garbage Collection. Thank you and I really appreciate this.

How to get to my home

House Rules;

Upon arrival: You MUST have picture ID and must be the person who made reservation. Each adult must present their picture ID and must be on your list. Prior to arriving, we will need the names of everyone who will be staying. No one else will be allowed to enter or stay at home. Must be 25 years old to reserve property. Max of 8 people before additional rates are charged.




The only people who have reserved in advanced are allowed on property.


Pet Policy; (home is unfenced)

ONLY Dogs (No Cats) that you have had pre approved to bring is allowed. Pet deposit is due upon arrival. $100 per stay. Pets must be declared to the owners in advance, at the time of booking. Dogs left unattended, must be crated and must remain on leash when wandering the property. Please do not restrict them by putting them in a bathroom. They tend to claw the doors. Thank you! Pets are not allowed on furniture. You will be responsible for any damage caused by your pet.

Please clean up after your pet inside and outside of home! Please bag all trash before placing it in a garbage receptacle. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. 

Bringing an unapproved pet could result in immediate eviction according to the terms of Airbnb's House Rules.

Prior to arrival you must have sent in the list of guests and acknowledged you understand the house rules.

Maintenance and Repairs: 

You are responsible for any repair costs should the premises or its furnishings be left in a damaged condition or if any furnishings are missing. Please report any damages immediately to owner. Photos are taken of the premises and its furnishings prior to each guest’s arrival. 

Quiet Time is between 10pm - 8am


High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use. Please see manual at home for directions on how to use TV and Internet.

There is beach access at the end of the road from my house where you can launch a canoe/kayak or let your puppy swim.

Address is 10514 County Road 1, Fairhope, AL 36532. Current GPS should get you here. Number is on mailbox. If you need more detailed direction please let me know.

Fairhope is about 15 minutes to the west, Foley is about 20 minutes to the east and Gulf Shores beaches are about 30 minutes away!
